Shipping conditions

Shipping Providers
. Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Taufkirchen via DHL, Hermes, or another shipping provider listed during the checkout process, depending on the package size, weight, and delivery address.

Shipping Areas
We ship within Germany as well as to Austria, Belgium, France, and Switzerland. Switzerland is not an EU member state and is treated as a third country. Whether shipping to a specific country is possible is indicated at checkout.

Shipping Costs in Germany
For orders under €199.00, shipping costs are €6.99. Orders of €199.00 or more qualify for free shipping within Germany.

Shipping costs for the EU and Switzerland:
. For orders under 299.00 €, shipping costs are based on the total weight of the shipment, including packaging, according to DHL Europaket rates (up to 2 kg: Austria and France 15.60 €, Belgium 15.73 €—each including the destination country’s sales tax—Switzerland 13.00 €; thereafter, rates are tiered by weight; shipments over 31.5 kg will be split into multiple packages) and are displayed during checkout before the order is finalized. For orders totaling 299.00 € or more, shipping to Austria, Belgium, France, and Switzerland is free. For deliveries to Switzerland, additional import sales tax, customs duties, clearance fees, and other import costs may apply. These costs are not covered by RIWO Commerce GbR, unless otherwise specified during checkout.

Orders of €1,000 or more to Switzerland and other third countries
For orders with a value of €1,000.00 or more, a standard export and import declaration is required for shipments to Switzerland and other third countries. Please contact us in advance regarding such orders—by phone Mon–Fri 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. at +49 8165 66634 or by email at info@riwo-commerce.com. We will arrange shipping and customs clearance for you and inform you in advance of any additional costs incurred. These costs are borne by the customer.

Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time is listed on the respective product page and during the checkout process. For orders containing multiple items, the longest listed delivery time generally applies, unless partial delivery has been agreed upon.
