2. Shopify and Server Data
Our store is powered by Shopify. When you visit the site, technically necessary data—such as your IP address, date and time, pages viewed, and browser, device, and network data—is processed to ensure the store is provided securely and functions properly. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. Shopify may process data through affiliated service providers and in third countries. 3. Orders and Accounts
For orders, customer accounts, shipping, and customer service, we process your name, billing and shipping addresses, email address, phone number, order details, payment information, and communication data. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(b) and (c) of the GDPR.

4. Payment Providers
Depending on your selection, data will be transmitted to Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna, Sofort, and card and wallet providers such as Apple Pay. These providers process data in accordance with their own privacy policies. This transmission is necessary for payment processing.

5. Shipping and Order Processing
Data may be transmitted to DHL, Hermes, Billbee, Shopify, fulfillment service providers, and Order Printer Pro for shipping, tracking, returns, and documentation. This includes, in particular, your name, shipping address, email address, phone number, order number, and shipping information.

6. Apps and Marketing
Depending on usage, data may be transmitted to Weglot, Judge.me, EComposer, SparkLayer, GOAFFPRO, as well as Google, TikTok, and social media services. Non-essential analytics, marketing, and personalization services are activated only with your consent. We send promotional emails or text messages only with your consent or to the extent permitted by Section 7 of the German Unfair Competition Act (UWG).

7. Google Customer Reviews
After you complete an order, we offer you the option to voluntarily participate in the “Google Customer Reviews” program operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, on the order confirmation page. Only if you consent will we transmit your email address, order number, country of delivery, estimated delivery date, and, if applicable, the GTIN of the products you ordered to Google. Google will then send you an email asking you to rate your experience with our store. The legal basis for this is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, which you may revoke at any time with future effect, for example via the unsubscribe link in the email from Google. 8. Cookies
Technically necessary cookies are used for the online store, shopping cart, and security. Non-essential cookies are activated only after consent is given. The legal basis is § 25(1) TDDDG in conjunction with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent may be revoked via the privacy settings.

9. Contact and Withdrawal
When you contact us via email, phone, or the contact form, we process the data you provide to handle your inquiry. Data from the electronic withdrawal function is processed to handle and document the withdrawal, including the date and time of receipt. The legal bases are Article 6(1)(b), (c), and (f) of the GDPR.

10. Data Retention Period
We retain data only for as long as is necessary for the respective purpose. Statutory retention periods and retention required for the defense of legal claims remain unaffected.

11. Rights
