Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the goods. If a single order consists of multiple items that are delivered separately, the period begins upon receipt of the last item. If a delivery consists of multiple partial shipments or pieces, the period begins upon receipt of the last partial shipment or the last piece.

Notify us of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement, such as a letter or email. You may use the sample cancellation form for this purpose; however, this is not required.

Electronic Cancellation Feature
In addition, you can use the “Cancel Contract” cancellation feature provided on our website. This feature allows you to submit your cancellation in two steps. You enter your name, information to identify the order, and an email address for the confirmation of receipt. You then confirm your cancellation by clicking the “Confirm Cancellation” button. After submitting the form, you will immediately receive an electronic confirmation of receipt containing the text of your notice, as well as the date and time of receipt. You may also submit your notice of cancellation by mail, email, or using the model cancellation form. You are not required to provide a reason for cancellation.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notice of your intention to exercise your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including shipping costs, without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your cancellation. We will not refund any additional costs resulting from your choice of a shipping method other than the least expensive standard shipping option we offer.

We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed. No fees will be charged for the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have shipped the goods, whichever comes first.

You must return or hand over the goods without delay and no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of your cancellation. The deadline is met if you mail the goods before the deadline expires.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

Inspection of the Goods and Compensation for Loss of Value
You may unpack and inspect the goods to verify their condition, characteristics, and functionality. Any use beyond this—in particular, the installation and use of abrasives on a machine—may result in a claim for compensation for loss of value, provided that a demonstrable loss of value has occurred and such use was not necessary for the purpose of inspection. This does not preclude the right to cancel the purchase. There is no blanket refusal to accept returns for used abrasives.
